I have always been an active person from a young age, participating in different physical activities throughout my formative years. I was invited to my first spin class by a close friend and was hooked by the atmosphere of the studio. The music, lights and energy in the room gave me a unique fitness experience I fell in love with. I am excited to be a part of a community that can share in the health and fitness journey of others. Zumba Instructor

Energy and intensity are part of my personality and my classes! I've been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in Canada for many years. I have experience in Zumba, Spinning, Cardio Kickboxing, and more! Working out in a group is so motivating to me and making people push their limits is my goal. Powerful music, weights, a variety of moves, and FUN is what my classes are all about. I like to do full body workouts on the bike while making each class feel like a party. I can't wait to make you sweat!

I instantly fell in love with indoor cycling over a decade ago, so I decided why not take my passion to teaching & share with others. My forte is full body HIIT style, but welcome all levels from beginner to advanced riders. I believe overall wellness is key for our day to day lives. As a mom of 3, I share ways to practice mindfulness while breaking a sweat & having fun. I look forward to being part of your journey & helping you be the best version of you!

Hi, I’m Amanda! Before stepping into the world of fitness, I was a dancer and dance teacher for many years, which naturally led me to discover my passion for group fitness. I’ve taught spin and other fitness classes at boutique studios across New York. As a rhythm rider, I love riding to the beat and adding choreography—because who doesn’t love moving to the music? My class is suited for all levels, and I know what it’s like to be a beginner rider, so I’m excited to help everyone meet their goals. Come ride with me and let’s have some fun!

Whether it’s yoga, a spin class, going to the gym or anything else, I am just grateful to move my body. Teaching yoga has brought so much value to my life and I hope to share this practice with as many people as I can. Exercise shouldn’t be miserable. With over 10 years of cycling experience, I bring both passion and endurance to every ride. My fitness journey has been shaped not only in the studio but also as a professional horse trainer, where discipline, strength, and balance are key. A hobby of mine is running races where cycling is the best cross training in the Florida heat. My guiding moto has been to focus on fun, energy, and the results come.

I first started Element to bring an exercise I loved to a community where it hadn't taken off yet. It has since blossomed to so much more than that. Over the past year and a half, Element has quickly grown to a healthy hub for people who need it the most. Those who yearn for exercise, connection, and getting over the "I can't do it". Here, you're working out with people who get you. I fell in love with spin because of the way it made me feel - stronger, healthier, happier. I grew to love more what came with it - the community. That's what makes us different (and I mean all of us, my whole team of incredible instructors and the amazing riders who have supported us so far included). We're here for YOU. Whatever age, experience level, fitness goals, we've got you. I just want that sense of belonging to spread as far as it can. Here, you're in your Element.
